Reach out to our team via phone or email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your items back to our warehouse.
Package and Label
Securely pack the items in a sturdy shipping box and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure timely processing.
